About Lighthouse BPC
In any phase of the proposal process, companies should be able to find effective proposal and business development support.
Lighthouse BPC consultants are responsible thought leaders with industry experience. Our industry experience brings proven processes and organization to solve and streamline chaotic, stressful situations.
We can’t change how the Government plans and issues RFPs. We can change how contractors prepare for and respond to RFPs.
Too many contractors pay for services without receiving a meaningful product.
No one wants to explain to leadership why a review went poorly, much less find out midstream about an issue that could have been fixed by applying additional resources or changing course.
Hire a consultant with a transparent process to stay informed and ensure you get the most value for your B&P dollars.

She has played a leadership role on multiple wins for former employers and as a private consultant in roles including orals coach, capture manager, proposal manager, strategist and review team leader.
Why ‘Lighthouse’?
In 2015, Angela’s mother passed away peacefully from cancer. She left behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and leadership for her two daughters to follow.
Lauren had worked in progressively responsible business development roles for EDS, ACS, HP, Lockheed Martin, and others.
After her passing, Angela and her sister unearthed an unused business plan, written when the girls were young.
It was called Lighthouse Proposals.
Angela was inspired to bring this plan to life, and execute the go-to-market strategies in her mother’s memory.
A lighthouse is a ‘beacon of guidance’ for those seeking a better way.
This vision directly reflects Angela’s drive and pride in continuing her mother’s legacy.
